In my opinion the pros of the job heavily outweigh the cons but, they are still worth mentionging. Cons of the job may include the following:

  2. Difficult Schooling – The path to becoming a construction manager is tough and not for everyone. Although it is sometimes possible to find jobs as a construction manager without a degree, these will be smaller projects that may not have the same pay as the typical construction.
